Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and cover analyst time, written deliverables, and the live briefing call. There is no online payment or subscription on this site; you receive an invoice after scope is agreed.

What moves a quote
- Number of apps or ticketing vendors involved
- Bilingual or multi-currency checkout paths
- Festival clusters spanning several nights or venues
- Need for on-site observation during an on-sale
- Urgency inside five business days (subject to diary)
Deposits
A 40% deposit reserves the engagement slot. The balance is due when the final briefing or memo is delivered. Deposits and cancellations are described on our refunds page.
Estimate process
Send a short note via contact naming the engagement and the event cycle. Within two business days we reply with availability and either a firm fee or a short list of questions. Complex portfolios may need a paid scoping call credited toward the engagement if you proceed.
