Refunds & cancellations
When deposits and engagement fees can be refunded, rescheduled, or retained for work already started.

This policy applies to professional engagements described on this site (audits, reviews, studies, launch checks, and briefings). Sitenestcore does not sell physical goods, software licences, or tickets through this website.
Eligibility
Refunds relate only to fees and deposits paid to Sitenestcore for a scoped engagement. Informational rates on the pricing page are not charges until invoiced.
Deposit
A 40% deposit confirms your engagement slot. The deposit is:
- Fully refundable if we cancel the engagement for reasons on our side (analyst unavailability we cannot replace) and no substitute date is acceptable to you.
- Fully refundable if you cancel in writing more than 10 business days before the agreed start date (data-intake date).
- 50% refundable if you cancel between 5 and 10 business days before the start date.
- Non-refundable if you cancel fewer than 5 business days before the start date, or after data intake has begun.
Full engagement fee
After the final briefing or memo is delivered, fees are non-refundable, because the professional work is complete. If we fail to deliver the agreed written deliverable within the timeline stated in the scope (excluding delays caused by missing client data), you may request a full refund of sums paid for that undelivered engagement.
Partial refunds
If we mutually reduce scope after work has started, we may issue a partial refund or credit reflecting unfinished portions, documented in writing.
Non-refundable items
- Time already spent on analysis after intake files were received
- Paid rush premiums for engagements inside five business days once work has started
- Third-party costs we incurred at your written request (for example couriered materials), if any
Rescheduling
You may request one reschedule to a mutually available date without penalty if notice is given at least 5 business days before the start date. Later reschedules may forfeit the deposit or require a new deposit, depending on diary impact.
No-shows
If you miss a scheduled briefing call without 24 hours’ notice, we will offer one replacement slot. A second no-show may close the engagement with the deposit retained and any remaining balance invoiced for work already completed.
Work already started
Once exports are under review, cancellation follows the deposit rules above; completed analysis hours may be invoiced even if you stop the engagement early.
Refund process
Email info@sitenestcore.click with the engagement reference, reason, and payment details used. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days and, where approved, process refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Exceptions
Statutory rights under Malaysian consumer law that cannot be waived remain available where they apply to you as an eligible individual client.
