Services described on this site

Descriptions of audits, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope (email or signed proposal) and any required deposit is received. Prices shown are starting points and may change after intake.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments or sell tickets. Invoices are issued separately. Informational rates do not constitute an offer capable of immediate acceptance online.

Intellectual property

Site content — text, layout, graphics, and briefing templates — belongs to Sitenestcore or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Deliverables produced for a client under an engagement are licensed to that client for internal use; public redistribution of briefing PDFs requires our consent.

Client responsibilities

You warrant that data shared for analysis is lawfully provided, anonymised where required, and that you have authority to grant access. You remain responsible for implementing recommendations and for compliance with venue, consumer, and ticketing regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Sitenestcore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost ticket sales, reputational harm, or vendor fees arising from use of the site or from recommendations you choose to implement or ignore. Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Warranties

The site is provided “as is.” Professional deliverables are prepared with reasonable care; they are opinions based on supplied data and are not guarantees of future sales performance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
